The service also incorporates all aspects of investor relations. Meetings are organised with shareholders and we help structure and communicate our corporate clients' investment case to the market. This ensures an effective long-term relationship and support from investors when required.
Further aspects to our client service include a comprehensive share register analysis, buyer and seller identification and day-to-day share price and trading monitoring.
Additionally, Corporate Broking provides a proactive liaison service between the transactional and advisory services of the Corporate Finance department and the placing power of Collins Stewart's institutional stockbroking arm. This results in strategic level advice with respect to likely stock market reaction to transactions and in relation to any equity raising initiatives.The Corporate Broking team also liaises with corporate clients to work on ideas and issues relating to the company's share capital and stock market needs, providing advice on current market trends, key investor developments and sentiment.
